Who will apply for the Green Card?
You will apply for a Green Card, as this is an administrative process that does not require legal assistance from a lawyer in the United States.
However, you will be provided with academic assistance by Prof. Felipe Asensi at all times.
You can submit your application from your country of residence and will not need to travel to the United States at any time. Your country must have an USA diplomat and consular service.
Please note that this assistance is not a legal service.
Can I apply from my country and only go to the United States when I actually move?
You can apply remotely from your country and only go to the United States when you actually move. Your country must have an USA diplomat and consular service.
It is worth remembering that this assistance is 100% remote and there is no need for face-to-face meetings.
Do I need to have a tourist visa before applying for a Green Card?
You do not need to have a tourist visa before applying for a Green Card.
Do I need a job offer to apply for a Green Card?
The existence of a job offer is not a formal requirement for the application and approval.
However, if it exists, it can be used in the application as another argument.
Do I need to have a PhD to apply for a Green Card?
You do not need to have a doctorate to apply for a Green Card.
However, if you do have one, it can be used as an additional argument in your application.
